Is the price really all-in?+
Yes. GST and standard installation are included. Standard installation covers most homes on town supply with an accessible mains connection. If your home needs extra plumbing, a power point or a long pipe run, we tell you the exact extra cost before anything is booked, and you can walk away at no charge.
Why is it so much cheaper than the quote I got from a big brand?+
No in-home sales visit, no commissioned sales rep, no showroom. We sell one fixed-price package, buy the same class of equipment the big brands use, and pay licensed local plumbers to install it. That's the whole difference.
What does the whole-home filter actually remove?+
Activated carbon removes chlorine taste and smell and reduces chloramine, sediment and other common town-supply contaminants before water reaches your taps, showers and appliances. The under-sink reverse osmosis system then reduces fluoride and a wide range of dissolved contaminants at your drinking tap.
Do I need to change filters?+
Essentials: the two mains cartridges are changed every 6 to 12 months and take about 10 minutes. You can do it yourself or book us. Premium: no mains cartridges. The carbon tank backwashes itself and the media typically lasts 5+ years. Both packages have an annual drinking water filter change.
Who does the installation?+
A licensed New Zealand plumber. We tell you who is installing your system before the job is booked. Installs take 2 to 4 hours depending on the package, and everything is tested and explained before they leave.
Where do you install?+
Auckland and Christchurch homes on council water supply. Tank, bore and spring water need different treatment. If that's you, tell us in the form and we'll point you in the right direction.
