Pricing and Installation Terms

Advertised prices include GST and standard installation in Auckland and Christchurch. Standard installation means an accessible mains water connection at or near the property boundary, garage or exterior wall, with room to fit the system, and an under-sink space with an accessible cold water connection for the drinking water system.

The Premium (backwashing tank) package also requires a standard power point and a drain within reach of the install location. If extra plumbing, electrical work or long pipe runs are needed, we tell you the exact additional cost before any work is booked. You can walk away at no charge.

All plumbing work is carried out by licensed plumbers. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply.

Quotes are for homes on council (town) water supply. Tank, bore and spring supplies need different treatment and are quoted separately.

30-day taste guarantee. If, within 30 days of installation, you are not satisfied with the taste of your RO drinking water or the reduction in chlorine taste and odour, tell us within 45 days of the install date. We will return, inspect and adjust the system at no charge. If we cannot resolve it, we will remove the system and refund what you paid. Applies to homes on council water supply where the system was installed and used as directed. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Launch offer. Installs booked by 31 October 2026 in Auckland and Christchurch include the replacement filters normally due during the first 12 months (mains cartridges for Essentials, the drinking-water filter set for Premium) at no extra charge. Fitting is by you or by us at our standard call-out rate.

Payment. No deposit is taken. Payment is due on completion of installation and testing.
